August Mystery Boxes
This month’s crystal boxes were designed to calm, ground and energize! I was feeling a little eclectic this month and wanted to curate a blend of crystals for a variety of usages.

This crystal is a powerful heart chakra healer and an excellent tool to support you if you have any trauma associated with the heart chakra. Pink amethyst is also very calming and good for brining in peace and acceptance.
Recommended Usage: Meditation, Ritual Bath or bring it with you in your pocket if you are working through any relationship issue with a therapist.
One of the best overall chakra cleansers. Golden healer is a great tool for working with the golden light energy to cleanse your chakras. Try holding your Golden Healer while listening to this recommended meditation. Great Meditations Chakra Healing.

Calls in inner calming an peaceful energies. It is also good for a little confidence boost and helping to ease feelings or sensations of excessive worry.
Recommended Usage: Meditation, Carrying with you during your daily activities.
We scored some gorgeous orbie Ocean Jasper tumbles that we had to include in the boxes. Ocean Jasper is another excellent grounding crystal, but also carries the calming energy of the ocean.
Recommended Usage: Meditation, carrying it on you during they day, and having it near buy when you are practicing your self care rituals.
I love rose quartz for beginners or advanced practitioners. In my opinion it is one of the ultimate heart chakra crystals. It welcomes in peace, kindness and universal love. This is a great crystal to work with when you are doing any heart chakra healing work. I don't think it is any coincidence that rose quartz is one of the most abundant crystals on earth.
Recommended Usage: Crystal grids, Meditation, Carrying it with you daily.
Amethyst 
My #1 favorite crystal to this day! It just doesn't get any better than Amethyst in my opinion. It is an excellent tool for working to un-block the 3rd eye chakra, but also an excellent calming and relaxing crystal.
Recommended Usage: Meditation and Ritual Baths. Amethyst is water safe, you can add it to your bath to charge the water before getting in. Just be carful when getting in so you don't step on it. If you have one of our cotton bags you can put the amethyst in there to make it easier to find.
This crystal is all about reminding us to rest. Have you ever heard that saying that "if you don't give your body rest, it will force you to rest and it is usually at a really inconvenient time." Peach calcite is all about pausing to soak in the moment and remind you to not give yourself a hard to for incorporating rest and restorative practice through out your day. You don't always have to be on the move.
Recommended Usage: In your sacred space, near your bed side, or even at your desk to remind you to calling in the calm and it is okay to rest.
Mugwort is a great herb to use for smoke cleaning, but it is also known as a very protective herb. You can also use pieces of the dried herb in your crystal grids. Did you also know that many many years ago before Britain and Europe discovered hops, they used mugwort in their beer to help keep it fresh and add that bitters notes?
Recommended Usage: Smoke Cleansing, or using pieces in your crystal grid.
How to use our intuitively selected Oracle card. Please google the name of the crystal you received for example “Quartz Chakra and Healing Properties” What chakra is quartz associated with? The crown chakra, then consider what parts of your crown chakra might need attention? Perhaps it is time to do some focused meditation on crown chakra cleansing.
