Business Consulting and Coaching

Bella has been running her small business in California since 2014. In this session Bella will help you build a crystal business strategy or review your current strategy to provide solutions, or troubleshoot difficulties you have had with your business.

**PLEASE THROUGHLY READ BEFORE PURCHASING**

The one-on-one coaching and consulting is not a replacement of the content taught in Bella's Crystal Business 101 class. All of the content covered in the class can not be covered in a 1 hour session. 

Schedule: Bella is usually booked 14-20 days out for appointments, but the wait could be up to 30 days. If the wait begins to exceed 30 days, this page will be updated. 

Currently Bella offers appointment time slots on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-7pm PST as well as one Saturday a month from 9am-6pm PST. 

Occasionally appointments outside of these time windows are available, but please message Bella to request a time slot outside this window before buying your session.

Not all services can be offered in a single session. At the start of the session, Bella will ask you where you would like her to focus her time.

After paying for your session you will receive an option for a digital download of a PDF with Bella's calendar link and details for preparing for your session.  

Your private one-on-one business coaching or consulting session will be live on Zoom. 

Please ensure you know how to use Zoom prior to your appointment. Zoom is free to use! Zoom works on any laptop or smartphone, but for the best experience and to allow Bella to share resources we recommend you use a laptop or desktop computer for your meeting as well as have something to take notes with nearby.

Reschedule Policy: All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the schedule appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment will not be refunded and no rescheduling will be allowed.

No Show Policy: Clients are considered a “No Show” when they fail to show for their appointment 10 minutes after the scheduled start time and their appointment will be cancelled with no refund.

Bella Reschedules: If Bella needs to reschedule your appointment due to a personal emergency you will be given the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund. You will be notified by text message and email if Bella needs to reschedule your appointment.

Confidentiality: Client confidentiality is important to Bella. All your personal information will be kept confidential. Bella will not share any of the information discussed in these sessions with anyone. Bella will not share that you received business coaching or consulting with her.
