Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by text (530-421-9445) or by email (bella@bella-luna.me) with your order number if the item is damaged and you paid for insurance or you are a US customer and your order total was $100 or more (pre-taxed and pre-shipping, which means it included insurance) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
