All orders are shipped within 4-7 business days. All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received

Shipping Insurance: All orders of $100 or more will include FREE US Shipping Insurance. All orders $99 or less will not include shipping insurance unless purchased by the buyer. Bella Luna is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and while we will assist you in getting reimbursed through the insurance provider, please know this process can take 45-60 days for a refund. 

International buyers will be responsible for any duties and customs fees. Please note that Bella Luna does NOT pre-pay or pay for any duties or customs fees and the shipping company may hold your package if it is determined you owe these fees until you pay them. We strongly recommend insurance for international orders. International insurance as of (8/3/2022, subject to change at anytime) is $1.35 USD per $100 USD with a maximum of $1000 USD per package with USPS. International Shipping: All orders placed with UPS shipping include $100 USD in insurance, any amount of this can be purchased as an add-on in our store. Just search "International Shipping Insurance" to find the listing. 

International Buyers Selecting USPS: for their shipment may not be able to track their packages once they leave the US. We have been told by some customers that the Canada Post did allow them to track their package, but we can not confirm this. USPS shipping tends to have longer customs processing times (some times as long as 4 weeks, although we have found the average is 10 business days as long as there are no C19 Outbreaks effecting shipments and customs. Packages are processed through general mail customs which usually results in lower customs and duties fees. USPS may not scan your package until it leaves the US, this is very common for it to sit in the system for several days before being scanned. 

International Buyers Selecting UPS: for their shipment will be able to track their package all the way up to delivery. UPS packages are scanned at drop off at the UPS Store. UPS has their own customs processing facility and orders at that facility tend to be processed quickly within a few days, but have higher customs and duties fees due to the expedited process. 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages: We hate when this happens, but fortunately in our 7+ years in business we have found it is quite rare. In the event your package is damaged, stolen or lost unfortunately given the unique nature of crystals and that they are often one of a kind and Bella Luna will not provide a replacement. Please contact us if this happens and we will do our best to assist you with insurance claims if your item was insured.
